Uplink synchronization method and system and base station based on non-continuous reception

The invention discloses an uplink synchronization method and system and a base station based on non-continuous reception. The method comprises the following steps that after DRX (discontinuous reception) of a mobile terminal is enabled, the base station determines that the duration of a TA timer which is preset for the mobile terminal is no more than the duration of the DRX period which is pre-distributed for the mobile terminal; after the mobile terminal enters the DRX period, the base station determines that the access time of the mobile terminal is larger than the preset time threshold; during the DRX period, the base station issues an uplink timing control command to the mobile terminal at the preset time so as to maintain the uplink synchronization of the mobile terminal. With the adoption of the method, the system and the base station provided by the invention, the base station sends time aligning control command to the mobile terminal to maintain the uplink synchronization state, thereby effectively reducing the business package delay, reducing power consumption of the mobile terminal and improving the performance of the system.
