Complex System Technologies as an Adequate Synergy Tool of Knowledge and Innovation Functions Projecting Sustainability of the Development

Abstract In this paper the authors are trying to answer how to structure the cluster of knowledge, innovation and technology when the object of analysis is the country's universally sustainable development problems. The authors synthesize the existing ideas about the possibilities and give an opinion on the possibility to reveal the interaction between knowledge, innovation and technologies in the context of value creation. The paper presents also the possibility of stochastically informative expertizes optimizing the structure of the mentioned cluster.
