Over-voltage protector

The invention discloses the over voltage protector including one surging organ exporting the clock signal, at the same time, one over voltage signal searching comparing unit is used to search the one feeling measure signal and the one critical signal, the feeling measure signal and the critical signal is compared and operated, the one protecting signal is exported. The protecting signal is transmitted to the one progression spring unit. The progression spring unit counts the protecting signal according to the time signal. When the count of the protecting signal reaches the windows default, the close signal is exported to the crossbar lock unit. The crossbar lock unit is controlled by the close signal to produce the crossbar lock signal to driving signal producing unit, it can be used to stop the exporting of the driving signal, the over voltage protection is realized.
