Application of Numerical Simulation on Wind Turbine Tower Flange Welding

Based on the thermodynamic and kinetic theory,welding molten pool mathematical model is set,which belongs to a wind turbine tower flange.The coupled thermal stress and the thermal structure coupling are analyzed used ANSYS.Through analyzing the causes of welding angular deformation,and according to the welding technical requirements of wind turbine tower and flanges,the weld predeformation method technology is used to improve wind turbine tower flanges and welding.
