In the technical scheme, the potential energy is recycled when a portal descends, the recycled potential energy is used for starting the stacking machine, lifting the portal by a short distance, and the like, energy consumption of a system can be saved effectively, problems relevant to hydraulic accessories are resolved, and cost is reduced.
