Engineering Geological Problems Of Cellars And Caverns Under Historical Centres Of Towns
暂无分享,去创建一个
ABSTRACT Cellars, cellar systems and caverns were established under towns in Hungary in the Middle Age. These were built at a low depth and with thin covering. The cellar systems cause special difficulties for townbuilding in some towns. Rock engineering geology solves the problems of these cellar systems, ensuring the stability and the utilization of caverns as well. The strengthening or filling technology in connection with the geological properties and some examples of utilization of cellars are presented in the paper.
