FLfinder: A novel software for the microhaplotype marker

Abstract Next generation sequencing (NGS) is the best platform for microhaplotype marker, but the massive data sets make it burdensome for manual analysis. The novel software FLfinder was designed to type the microhaplotype loci, and no error have been found yet. Two loci with good polymorphism were screened out helped by FLfinder.
