Simulation Research on Belt Conveyor Hydraulic Offset Roller Device

According to the deviation problem existed in process of transporting of belt conveyor,put forward a kind of belt conveyor hydraulic offset roller device.This paper introduces the structure composition and working principle of the device,uses software SolidWorks2010 to establish three dimensional solid model of the device and uses ANSYS to establish flexible body of conveyor belt.Futhermore,the model was imported into dynamics software ADAMS2010 to perform kinematics simulation analysis for rigid-flexible coupling model.
