A Preliminary Design of Smart Communication Device for the Integration of Power Secondary Systems

The smart communication devices are deployed in a substation to integrate the dispersed data in different systems and communicate with the control centers.The device is important to the integration of power secondary systems which needs the data be sampled and exchanged in a same definition.A preliminary design of smart communication device is proposed to realize unified standards,unified models,unified data acquisition,unified data storage,unified data processing and unified data access.The related technologies and the feasibility are also discussed.
