Research on Wind Power Blades Real-Time Monitoring and Fault Early Warning System

At present,wind power blades fault monitoring always uses methods of pasting detection medium on blade surface and vibration monitoring generally,due to poor working environment and uncertain load,and detection medium is difficult to paste on blade surface,and vibration monitoring has serious problems of omissive and error warnings. Aiming at the shortcomings and deficiencies of existing monitoring technology,it analyzes the cause of wind turbine blades fracture,a non contact type wind power blades real-time monitoring and early warning system based on PLC model is designed according to the time difference between blades,which system can predict leaf fracture or excessive deformation condition,stop and alarm timely. This system can effectively avoid the blade failure,and has wide application value.
