PT Berdikari Indo Super Grosir is a company which provide one stop shopping
experience, especially in providing households and hardwares. Due to manual
management of transactional data, there are some managerial problems exist. One of
the problem is to provide effective marketing program for existing customers. In this
research a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) datamining Web-based
application is proposed to overcome the problem. The association rules algorithm is
applied to construct relational promotional programs for various customer profiles.
There are four customer profiles are explored in this project, i.e.: age, occupation,
gender, and religion. Experimental results show that the association rules algorithm
has a high potential to learnt customers' behaviour and is very promising as the
backbone of the company's marketing system.
