건축물 에너지효율등급 평가의 QA/QC 체계에 관한 연구

Lack of quality in energy efficiency rating can decrease the accuracy and credibility of energy performance information. For ensuring validity and reliability of the evaluation result, we need a proper process such as Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) scheme. It will be more important to implement a QA/QC scheme since the rating system are expected to be applied to buildings more and more. In this study, we compared existing QA/QC schemes of EU countries and analyzed the framework and structure of QA/QC schemes in terms of types, methodology, sanction system and types of audit. Based on analysis, we suggest considerations of QA/QC scheme of evaluation for building energy efficiency rating in Korea.
