Gepulste digitale Holografie für Schwingungsmessungen an schwer zugänglichen Oberflächen (Pulsed Digital Holography for Vibration Measurement of Inner Surfaces)

Abstract Drei interferometrische Systeme unter Verwendung eines starren bzw. flexiblen Endoskops sowie eines miniaturisierten Messkopfs werden behandelt. Durch den Einsatz der gepulsten digitalen Holografie werden auf diesem Wege dynamische Verformungsmessungen an schwer zugänglichen Oberflächen auch unter industriellen Bedingungen ermöglicht.
