Aging society accelerates chronic disease and it increases attention for healthcare system. Ubiquitous serviceability of U-healthcare system makes the system much more attractive for the society. U-healthcare system allows personal health related information to be shared between clinical system and the patients in ubiquitous manner. Of all the numerous PHDs (Personal Health Device) which are currently available on the market, we could not identify any one which can detect acute myocardial infarction disease. By that the service network, which utilizes the device, is not available at the moment. In the aging society, the number of acute myocardial infarction disease patients increases rapidly. The disease requires early treatments to minimize fatality. In our research, a networked solution with wearable acute myocardial infarction diagnosis device has been proposed. In the device, a patient has a set of wearable diagnosis module that contains up to 9 cardiac diagnosis test patches and a smartphone based network access point. An extension on well-known medical information standard IEEE 11073 PHD protocol for acute myocardial infarction disease diagnosis device has been proposed for interoperation between wearable module and smartphone. Widely accepted HL7 is used for exchanged data format between smart phone and clinical management server. The management server stores the data in patient's health DB, and the data is accessed by dedicated physicians with client application for diagnosis and medical treatment for the disease.
