Study on critical value of predicted sensitive index for gas outburst danger from "three soft" seam

Base on the fuzzy mathematics and probability theory and base on the site investigation and lab test simulation,the mathematics model to determine the predicted sensitive index was provided.The determination issue of the Abstract sensitive index was expressed with the certain numerical value.According to the target seam of the trial mine,the "three rate" method and the fuzzy cluster method were applied to analyze the sensitivity of the prediction index for C13-1 seam,to obtain the predicted sensitive index of the target seam C13-1 outburst with the drilling cuttings quantity S and the critical value of the drilling cuttings quantity S index would be 6.98kg/m.
