This presents the educational experiment of relatively large-scale (500 sets) tablet PC deployment to a university campus with Wi-Fi connectivity. The objective of the investment is to fit current needs for students of interdisciplinary study: humanities, social science and informatics. Digital Campus, as we explain, allows students, faculty and service-providers/vendors to collaborate. Most textbooks and handouts become electronic format, and students submit their reports by network. Teachers could reduce clerical works. We utilize free open educational resources for supporting student e-learning. It may be an example of global Good Practice for integration of systems and methods for low cost education.
