Primary Research on the Oriented Slotting Fracturing

Currently,fracturing was carried out in perforated wells,many slotted technical studies for EOR were conducted.The influence law of slotting on fracture extension and pressure was preliminarily studied by using an indoor large sized and true tri-axial simulation system and a king-sized rock and soil numerical simulation software named FLAC 3D finite difference.The result was contrasted to the existed oriented perforating fracturing.According to the contrast and results from the experiment and numerical simulation,the oriented slotting has bigger influence on fracture expansion and size of fracture pressure than the oriented perforating.Therefore,the oriented slotting technology is deserved to conduct intensive research and extension because fracture pressure can be effectively reduced and preferable fracture morphology can be obtained by using it.
