Model Framework of Knowledge Management System and the Analysis of the Key Problem in the Process of Knowledge Management Enforcement

A model framework of the enforcement of knowledge management was put forward in this paper. In the framework, knowledge management is divided into six levels: physical level, data level, knowledge storing level , functional level, applying level and demonstrating level. Then, the functions of these levels were demonstrated respectively. At the last, the author analyzed the key problems in the present knowledge management.
