System for calculating of power transmission charge and method therefor

A system and a method for calculating power transmission charge are provided to calculate a power transmission charge by considering political variables, such as area division, a common/different ratio, and the charge according to capacity or usage, inputted from a user. A data building module(100) includes a system/cost database for managing PSS/E(Power System Simulation for Engineers) raw data, which includes data for calculating a representative generation/demand value and a charge, and storing system and cost data. A tide calculating module(200) calculates a tide based on the PSS/E raw data. A tide tracing module(300) calculates the differential charge in the each mother line based on a tide calculation result and a substitutive value of each line. A charge calculating module(400) calculates the charge of a demand and generation side integrating electricity and the differential charge by using operation time corresponding to each representative value, and calculates a base rate of the generation and load side according to a necessary income value. A setting module(500) comprises an allotment setting part setting an allotment ratio of the demand and generation side, and an area setting part dividing the area.
