On the Role that Agricultural Machinery Supervising Departments at County Level can Play in the Work of Subsidies to Purchasing Agricultural Machines

Offering subsidies to purchasing agricultural machines is a sensitive work in term of the state policies and principles. This article suggests that agricultural machinery departments should make the subsidy catalog suitable to the local situations, provide efficient and qualified service to the tractor customers, do a good job in the training of drivers, and enhance the management of these drivers so as to improve safety and present qualified service to them.
