장수명 주택 인증제도의 내용과 특성

This study aimed to recognize correctly the content and characteristics of the long life housing certification as the first step in the research for the development of the long-life housing certification system. Based on this research in the future, we will also collect the problems appearing in the process of certification run. And through the demonstration, we verify the practical issues and costs, and establish a system to suit the local situation. Research methods is to identify and describe the contents and characteristics on the basis of the laws related the certification. Long-life housing certification system is oriented functionality and durability about variability and serviceability and so on. And the system is based on the Korean design, construction and maintenance.
