The system comprises a main power supply circuit board and a standby power supply circuit board, wherein the main power supply circuit board is connected with a programmable logic controller (PLC) through a power supply switching button and is also connected with the PLC and an external device through a main relay by using a normally open contact of a controlling end and a manual cut-off button, the standby power supply circuit board is connected with a secondary output end of a transformer, the secondary output end of the transformer is also connected with the PLC and the external device through an auxiliary relay and the manual cut-off button, the standby power supply circuit board is connected with the manual cut-off button through a diode, the PLC is also connected with controlling ends of the main relay and the auxiliary relay, and the main relay and the auxiliary relay control normally closed contacts on the opposite sides. The system has the advantages that two types of power supplies are provided, so that failure of the whole system caused by external power failure is avoided, a remote control function is provided and operators can control the condition of underground air doors wholly and easily.
