A Study on the Auto-alarm System of Combine Harvester

The paper introduces an auto-alarm system of the combine harvester. The chip microcomputer monitors cylinder speed; the loadage of gain bin; the temperature in the water tank of the engine. Installing sensors in trouble-spot, as trouble localization, the auto-alarm system is realized through detecting theoperating field by sensor. The sensor conveys the information to the chip microcomputer. The chipmicrocomputer makes real-time analysis and prediction. The chip microcomputer is the core of this system, expanding interface port in its outside, it can improves the function of intelligent detection. The system can monitor the working current and complete the auto-alarm. Reducing the frequency of trouble, prolonging mean trouble-free working time, improving the working credibility of combine harvester.
