Critical Chain Project Management in the Ship Pre-outfitting Application

In order to solve the problem of resource-constrained project scheduling in ship pre-outfitting project,this paper,combined with genetic algorithm and critical chain theory,proposed an optimal means of resources allocation based on the transfer of resources.This research improved resource utilization in multi-project management and shortened the project duration.According to project priority,it initially allocated resources to projects one by one,then identified critical chain,and finally confirmed resource allocation plan.Through an example,resources allocation method was applied to pre-outfitting engineering project management,which provided a theoretical reference for managers in multi-project critical chain under the conditions of parallel multi-project management.
