The security of laser two dimensional bar code is the key of ensuring the product traceability.A new image encryption algorithm named 'square' is proposed,which is composed of 'square' permutation and revised 'mixing' operations.The new algorithm satisfies privacy requirement for laser two dimensional bar code which is produced by products information center in transmission and make the products be traceable in network management.
