S3.0 V6 엔진 크랭크샤프트 밸런싱 및 경량화 설계

For the purpose of light-weight crankshaft dynamic moment and static balancing in V6 passenger diesel engine with 60 degree of bank angle, 4-counterweight crankshaft balancing concept was developed. The light-weight optimization was investigated through torsional stiffness, bending stiffness analysis and natural frequency mode shape calculation. Nevertheless the final light-weight designed crankshaft was reduced its weight by 2kg (10%), the torsional and bending rigidity was increased by 5%, 2% respectively to maintain good NVH and reliability. The newly designed 4-counterweights crankshaft will be developed for S3.0 EU6 engine.
