The invention discloses a binocular stereo vision-combined active light source projection three-dimensional reconstruction method. An active light source projection device is arranged between two cameras; a target surface image with projection fringes is obtained through the two cameras; the complete parallax image of the surface of a re-constructed target is obtained through stereo matching and according to fringe information provided by the active light source projection device; and a complete three-dimensional structure of the surface of the re-constructed target 4 is obtained through a basic triangulation measurement principle. With the method of the invention adopted, the problem of large-area data holes in a surface in the reconstruction of a high-reflection and low-texture object with a complex surface of a traditional three-dimensional reconstruction method can be solved.
