To strengthen the construction of electricity access network and to better meet the demand from electricity applications,the distributed base station pool-based radio over fiber(ROF) communication system for electricity is proposed.This system relies on dedicated fiber-optic wireless communication resources in the power system,and follow the construction mode of distributed base station in the public network communication.This system divides the base station in the form of a pool and execute information exchange and data processing in distributed way.Meanwhile,a cognitive-based scheduling optimizes the use of resources from three aspects: the remote unit,the transmission channel side and base station pool side.Theoretical analysis show that this system can make full use of the power communication resources and adapt to the access network structure of electric power communication.
