Dismissal Working Relationship using Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

A company or educational institution must have an effective and professional management. The effective management and professional cannot be separated from the support of all professional employees. Many companies or institutions of education are decided dismissal working relationships that result in decreased product or performance of the company. To determine the relationship that made Jobs a lot of judging of the selection criteria. One method of determining a recommendation system that involves multicriteria problems is by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is chosen because it provides a more dominant interests. In this journal system built applications using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This application is used to assist in the assessment and can be used as input for the company in taking the dismissal decision working relationships.
