The invention discloses a multifunctional cone penetration-based probe and a pile foundation bearing capacity pre-measuring method and relates to a multifunctional cone penetration test (CPTU)-based pile foundation bearing capacity pre-measuring method. A penetration probe part is connected with a penetration rod (6); a tricomponent seismic detector (5) is arranged on the upper part of the lower half part of the probe; a clinometer (4) is arranged on the lower part of the tricomponent seismic detector (5); a friction barrel (3) is positioned below the clinometer (4), and the lower part of the friction barrel (3) is connected with the probe (1); and a coning filter ring (2) is positioned on the joint of the friction barrel (3) and the probe (1). In a polygon method for protecting the bearing capacity of a pile foundation, the unit terminal resistance (qp) of a pile is computed by using a correcting cone point resistance (qt), the unit lateral friction resistance (fp) of the pile is obtained by using the correspondence between lateral wall friction resistance (fs) and excess pore water pressure (delta u2) (by a polygon method), the computation result is compared with high-strain test data, and a concrete formula for designing a pile foundation project by adopting the multifunction CPTU test parameters is provided. The method has the characteristics of home position, quickness, accuracy, economy and the like.
