Thispaperpresents a theoretical andexperimental characterization oftheelectromagnetic conducted emissions of DTC induction motordrives. Inparticular threeDTC strategies arefocused: theClassic DTC,theDTC-SVMandtheDTC EMC. A newtheoretical analysis ofthecommon-mode voltage spectrum obtained withallofthethree DTC strategies ispresented, whichis anuseful analytical toolfortheemissions' prevision. Moreover, anexperimental analysis oftheconducted emissions hasbeen performed ina frequency rangefrom0 to30MHz,whereby suitable electrical valuesto be measuredand suitable measurements systems havebeenadopted.
