Study on third-party logistics service provider selection evaluation indices system based on analytic network process with BOCR

The third-party logistics service provider (3PLs) business is developing rapidly as a result of the growing globalization and competition. In this study, 3PLs selection indices system with dependence and feedback was evaluated by using analytic network process (ANP). 3PLs selection indices system was evaluated according to 12 criteria that are involved in four control criteria benefits (B), opportunities (O), costs (C) and risks (R) and the final synthesis of alternatives was obtained by using rated BOCR. A numerical example has demonstrated that the proposed ANP approach with BOCR is effective.
