The invention discloses a connecting plate for abnormal-shape double-row piles. The connecting plate comprises a front row pile crown beam, a back row wall crown beam, a connecting plate body and structural steel arranged in a back row wall; the back row wall crown beam is internally provided with a plurality of first longitudinal bars, ring bars, large stirrups and small stirrups, the structural steel is sleeved with the ring bars, the large stirrups are bound on parts, located outside the scope of the width of wing edges of the structural steel, of the first longitudinal bars, and the small stirrups are bound on parts, located inside the scope of the width of the wing edges of the structural steel, of the first longitudinal bars; and the connecting plate body is internally provided with a plurality of second longitudinal bars, small U-shaped main bars and large U-shaped main bars, the ring bars are sleeved with the closed ends of the small U-shaped main bars in a pulling manner, and the closed ends of the large U-shaped main bars are arranged in the back row wall crown beam.
