The exploration of substation remote work permit

Because of low efficiency,waste of staff and material resources of the traditional work permit way,a new work permit way is proposed based on remote work permit provisions of State Grid Corporation of China.Then,the remote work permit system is improved,the technical means to implement the remote work permit way is put forward,the operating range of the remote work permit way is stipulated and the economic benefits of the remote work permit way is analyzed.Among them,the technical means to implement the remote work permit way is discussed,in which the lock is controlled by Intelligent Lock Control System and Security Measures is completed by Video Surveillance System.
