The invention relates to a high-intensity retractable support. An upper bottom board is fixedly installed at the upper portions of a middle beam of the U-shaped support, each side beam of the U-shaped support and each shed leg of the U-shaped support. The two ends of the middle beam of the U-shaped support are respectively provided with a middle beam slope. The bottom of each side beam of the U-shaped support is provided with a side beam slope. The upper end of each side beam of the U-shaped support is provided with a side beam upper notch. The upper end of each shed leg of the U-shaped support is provided with a shed leg upper notch. A side beam cushion block is arranged at the position, where the middle beam of the U-shaped support and each side beam of the U-shaped support are connected, of the side beam of the U-shaped support. A first cushion block connecting and clamping cable is movably installed at each lower end face of the middle beam of the U-shaped support and the outer side of the corresponding side beam cushion block. A shed leg cushion block is arranged at the position, where each side beam of the U-shaped support is connected with the corresponding shed leg of the U-shaped support, of the shed leg of the U-shaped support. A second cushion block connecting and clamping cable is movably installed at the lower end face of each side beam of the U-shaped support and the outer side of the corresponding shed leg cushion block. The high-intensity retractable support is simple in structure, convenient to operate, high in intensity and capable of being recycled, the service life of the support is largely prolonged, and the support has good social benefits and economic benefits.
