Users' persistence in scanning lists of references

Les organisateurs de systeme d'information doivent prendre en compte l'attitude de la personne qui recherche des informations et qui se trouve confrontee a un trop grand nombre de references. La motivation qui preside a la recherche de l'information influence aussi cette attitude. Cette attitude est aussi differente suivant qu'il s'agit d'un professionnel de l'information ou de l'utilisateur final qui effectue la recherche
