Performance Analysis of Power Control Effects in Channel Estimation for AF Relaying Network

In this letter, we analyze the power control effects in a least-square (LS) channel estimation for an amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying network over frequency-selective fading channel. In particular, we analyze such effects through a mean-square-error (MSE) performance for relaying link signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) between source-to-relay and source-to-destination. Finally, it is shown that the performance evaluations confirm the analysis results.
