Using Fire in Forest Management: Decision Making Under Uncertainty
暂无分享,去创建一个
Prescribed fire—fire used under controlled conditions—is an important tool in modem forest management. Planning and executing prescribed fires is challenging because of uncertainties in weather, fire behavior, and other factors. Decision analysis techniques are used to evaluate prescribed fire decisions in three national forest case study applications.
