Tacit knowledge sharing result evaluation based on improved AHP

Tacit knowledge is understanding essentially, which is the understanding, grasping, reorganization and controlling of the experience. The exchange and sharing of tacit knowledge will bring huge benefits to the organizations, but it lacks of effective evaluation models and methods to the sharing effect. In this paper, analyzing the factors that affect tacit knowledge sharing firstly, based on fuzziness of human judgment to the complex thing, improved the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and used it on the evaluation of qualitative indexes, established quantitative evaluation hierarchy model of tacit knowledge, get the comparison matrix based on pair-wise comparison scale, then calculated the effect degree of different factors to the exchange and sharing of tract knowledge, it show that this improved method is convenient for the evaluation and provides an effective method for the evaluation program after the consistency test.
