HIL Simulation of Common-Rail Diesel Simulation System and ECU

Based on common rail diesel, a simple model of rail pressure and speed signal output are established. HIL (Hardware in loop) simulation is running on the common-rail diesel simulation system based on PowerPC core, which is of great help to ECU design. The simulation system measures the fuel injection width and advance angle of fuel delivering,calculates engine speed, rail pressure, and submits crank signal and cam signal. This simulation system and ECU controller can jointly execute HIL simulation, to validate the control strategy of ECU.
