Risk management practice of Baise multipurpose dam project

The author briefly introduces the classification and recognition of construction risks, point out that different risk control measures shall be adopted for different risks. The author also discuss the risk management system combining with the practice of Baise multipurpose dam project, and put forward the guideline for construction risk management, i.e. prevention first, positive dodge and reasonable transfer.
