New Dynamic Matrix Control Method Based on TCSC

In an increasingly complex and diverse electricity system, flexible AC transmission system (FACTS)is a forefront research subject of power system in recent years, FACTS can improve the tide stability of communication system. The control process of thyristor controlled series compensation(TCSC)that is as an important member of the FACTS family is a time-varying and uncertain process of the complexity of power control, it possesses some advantages such as the simple structure, low price, better transmission capacity of transmission lines and better system stability, etc. Therefore, the study on TCSC has a very good theoretical and practical value. In the light of TCSC’s nonlinearity and uncertainty, this paper adopts the dynamic matrix control method to realize the control of TCSC, improves the dynamic matrix control method, and introduces the deviation changing rate into the performance indexes of rolling optimization, and through the simulation, verifies the effectiveness of improved dynamic matrix control method for the trigger control of TCSC.
