Optically Amplified Feedback Circuit with High Improvements in Optical Power Resolution

We propose a novel configuration of an optically amplified feedback circuit with a polarizer for optical power sensing applications. We achieved improvement factors up to approximately 175 in the optical power resolution using the configuration experimentally.
