Allocation method and device of frequency spectrum resources

The invention discloses an allocation method and device of frequency spectrum resources. The method includes the steps: when a reconfiguration node needs to borrow main system frequency spectrum resources, a reconfiguration management which the reconfiguration node belongs to acquires main system idle frequency spectrum resource information of the reconfiguration node and borrowing information of interfering reconfiguration management nodes above the main system frequency spectrum resources; according to the borrowing information, the reconfiguration management node determines available idle frequency spectrum resources of the reconfiguration node and allocates these resources to the reconfiguration node. The invention further discloses an allocation device corresponding to the allocation method. The allocation method and device has the advantages that the main system idle frequency spectrum resources are allocated and managed and the problem that the reconfiguration node of a secondary system experiences frequency spectrum interference during borrowing the idle frequency spectrum resources is solved.
