The invention discloses a polyphase multipole electrocatalytic industrial wastewater processing system for the high efficiency biological toxicity removal. The system which comprises a reactor housing is characterized in that: the inner reactor housing is divided into a water inlet zone, an electrolytic reaction zone, a water outlet zone and a settling zone; the water inlet zone comprises a water inlet nozzle and a water distributing separator which is perpendicular to the water inlet nozzle, and there is a channel between the bottom edge of the water distributing separator and the reactor housing; the electrolytic reaction zone comprises anodes and cathodes, the anodes and the cathodes are arranged in the reactor housing, and the bottom of the electrolytic reaction zone is provided with an aeration system; the anodes are netted anodes, the cathodes are cylindrical cathodes, the netted anodes form a plurality of netted spaces, and one cylindrical cathode is arranged in each netted space; and the water outlet zone comprises a water outlet weir plate and an up-down water outlet tube, and there is a channel between the water outlet weir plate and the top of the reactor housing. The system, which combines processes of electrocatalytic oxidation, chemical oxidation, flocculation, air floatation, settlement and the like together to form a multicomponent reaction process, has the advantages of high processing efficiency, low unit energy consumption, long electrode life, easy operation, and simple maintenance.
