Numerical Solution to Belousov - Zhabotinskii Model and a Comparison with the Finite Difference Method

In this work, we find a numerical solution to Belousov – Zhabontinskii system, we use the traveling wavelets method. It is well known that this model describes a chemical reaction. The results obtained are compared with those derived from the finite difference method. The principle of the traveling wavelets method consists in seeking the solution in the form:
