Impacts of 3G Technology on University Library's Reader Service

3G technology brings readers a convenient reading,and in the mean while it also quietly changes the reader service mode of university library. This paper expounds the current application of 3G technology in the university library, and analyzes its impacts on readers and reader service mode.
