Realization of RLC Multi-instance in LTE System Based on the Nucleus Plus

In order to meet the QoS of different business, RLC layer in TLE system must adopt multi-instance mode to manage multiple bearers. Based on the research of multi-instance of RLC layer, this paper focused on the implementation mechanism of RLC multi-instance combined with Nucleus Plus. The mechanism contains management of memory, management of multi-instance and processing of state machine. The memory management module is introduced to deal with the data storage, share and release. And the multi-instance management module insures the message interaction between each process instance. The scheme has been used for TD-LTE Wireless Frequency Consistency Test Instrument.
