Electronic control system of dual-clutch automatic transmission

The invention belongs to transmission types, and in particular relates to an electronic control system of a dual-clutch automatic transmission. The transmission comprises a DSP (digital signal processor) control processor taking TMS320F28xx as a control core, a multi-sensor signal input channel, a signal output channel, an electromagnetic driving module, a CAN (controller area network) communication bus and a power supply module; sensors are used for collecting pulse signals of engine rotation speed, output shaft rotation speed and input shaft rotation speed, vehicle gear signals, clutch pressure signals, engine oil temperature signals, accelerator pedal signals and other signals which are transmitted to the DSP control processor after the treatment by TMS320F28xx; and the treated signals are transmitted to each electromagnetic valve driving module, the engine accelerator control and heat dissipation system movements of a PWM (pulse width modulation) output signal channel. Through the electronic control system provided by the invention, the treatment of multiple input signals collected by the multiple sensors is realized by adopting a high-performance control processor DSP, the gear shift process of the dual-clutch automatic transmission has favorable smoothness and comfort, and the impact of the vehicle is reduced to minimum.
