LA NEGOCIACIÓN DE PROCESOS DE ESCRITURA A TRAVÉS DE LA VIDEOCOMUNICACIÓN

Despres d'una introduccio epistemologica a la col·laboracio entre tutors i estudiants en processos d'escriptura en L2 segons teories constructivistes, abordarem estudis que han investigat la negociacio en escriptura utilitzant entorns digitals sincronics, com el xat, o multimodals, com la audioconferencia. Una vegada establert el marc d'aproximacio teoric-empirica presentarem els resultats d'un estudi de cas que es va dur a terme dins del projecte europeu NIFLAR (Networked Interaction in Foreign Language Acquisition and Research), en el qual s'analitza la interaccio que es genera entre el tutor (professor en formacio de la Universitat de Valencia) i l'estudiant d'espanyol de la Universitat de Utrecht en el proces de revisio per video-comunicacio d'un text redactat per l'estudiant. Analitzarem el discorrer de la interaccio en linia entre tutor i estudiant, prestant especial atencio al tipus de feedback o retroalimentacio que ofereix el tutor, sigui aquest positiu (per fomentar l'empatia i motivacio de l'alumne) o negatiu (la senyalitzacio d'algun error de forma implicita o explicita). A continuacio, estudiarem l'efecte que el tipus de retroalimentacio te en l'estudiant i l'accio que genera i, finalment, observarem com l'entorn multimodal incideix en el proces de negociacio
